No, Residence Eden does not offer a shuttle service from the airport.
For guests arriving by train at Peschiera del Garda station (in the town center), a free shuttle is available in the mornings, with departures at 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
From the resort, it is easy to reach the center of Peschiera del Garda thanks to a free round-trip shuttle service, operating approximately from April to October, every day from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. For detailed information on schedules and stops, we recommend contacting the hotel’s infopoint.

The outdoor pools at our Parc Hotel Paradiso & Golf Resort, where Residence Eden is located, are open during the summer season, are not heated, and are available to all guests staying at Residence Eden.
In addition, guests staying at Residence Eden can use the heated indoor pool at the Parc Hotel.

Apartments and Stay
At Residence Eden, you can choose between a studio, a one-bedroom apartment, and a two-bedroom apartment. The apartment types can accommodate from 2 up to 6 people.

The accommodations are equipped with adapted bathrooms, support bars, and other amenities designed to ensure maximum independence and safety — and not only in ground-floor apartments.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m., while check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
Yes! You can bring a small four-legged friend (max 10 kg) per apartment, at a cost of €10 per day. Pets are not allowed in the common areas of the property.
Up to 2 days before arrival: you can change or cancel for free.
If you notify us late (less than 2 days): 1 night will be charged.
If you don’t show up and don’t notify us: the full stay will be charged.
Date changes: possible only if there are available rooms on the new dates; the price may vary.
Early departure: if the planned stay was longer than 3 nights, we may charge up to 3 nights for the unused nights. If the planned stay was 3 nights or less, 50% of the unused nights will be charged (nights already spent are charged at full price)
Breakfast and Dining
Yes, it is possible to choose the option with breakfast included, either at the time of booking or directly on-site. The buffet breakfast, both sweet and savory, with hot and cold drinks, is served just a short walk from Residence Eden, at the Parc Hotel. Breakfast is served in the Leonardo room from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Yes, if you stay at Residence Eden, you can choose the half-board option, either at the time of booking or directly on-site. Half-board includes breakfast and dinner. Both meals, served buffet-style, are available just a short walk from Residence Eden, in the Leonardo room at the Parc Hotel. Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The center of Peschiera del Garda is about 5 km away and can be reached independently by car or using our free shuttle service.

At our resort, you can rent a bike for a ride along the Mincio, play golf or tennis, relax in our pools, or, during the summer season, have fun with our entertainment team. Nearby, don’t miss: Gardaland, decorated for the holidays for a magical atmosphere; Caneva, perfect in summer to cool off and enjoy water challenges; Movieland, ideal for cinema and adventure lovers. In spring, be sure to visit Parco Giardino Sigurtà and Parco Natura Viva, with its exciting drive-through safari.
