No. Scalapay is available exclusively for the non-refundable rate at Residence Eden. This rate allows interest-free instalment payments but does NOT allow cancellations or refunds after booking. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required to use this option. If you prefer a refundable rate, you must pay the full amount in a single payment using other payment methods.

At Residence Eden, Scalapay gives you the flexibility to split your payment into 3 or 4 monthly instalments with no interest, depending on your budget needs. The first instalment is paid immediately at the time of booking, while the remaining payments are automatically charged on a monthly basis. You can choose between fewer, higher instalments over 3 months or smaller payments spread over 4 months.

Scalapay is interest-free as long as payments are made on time. However, if the automatic payment fails and the delay exceeds 24 hours, a €6 fee is applied. In case of a delay longer than 9 days, the fee increases to €12 per instalment. There are no setup fees, fixed costs, or interest charges on the financing.

Absolutely yes. Through your Scalapay account or app you can view your instalment status, pay early (fully or partially), or reschedule a due date in case of unforeseen events. You will also receive SMS and email reminders a few days before each payment to avoid missing deadlines. You can also change the linked card directly in the app.

Since Scalapay bookings are subject to a non-refundable rate, no refunds are provided in case of cancellation. Scalapay only manages the instalment payment process and does not handle issues related to the hotel service itself, which must be addressed directly with the property staff.
